The Space

The villa is of recent construction, it offers high quality fixtures and fittings and is equipped with home automation. Its location guarantees your maximum privacy and tranquility.

This property is located on a private plot of 15000 m², completely fenced and with automatic gate. It is surrounded by beautiful and well-maintained gardens and has a spacious parking area. It has big sea view terraces where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.

OUTDOOR AREAS

There is a huge infinity pool of 20m x 4m with an osmosis cleaning system (without chlorine), surrounded by decking with sun beds and parasols.

There are chill-out areas with sofas and small tables, a spacious wooden gazebo with a large dining table and arm-chairs. The villa also boasts a beach-volley court with sand.

LIVING AREAS

Inside there is a wonderfully spacious living room with dining area, two smaller lounges, a guest toilet, a spacious fully equipped modern kitchen and a gym.

Guest Access

You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around

Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Other Things to Note

A housekeeper is included 5 hours per day, 6 days per week. No clean on Sundays.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds
