Check-in time is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Pets are allowed on request.
The rooftop Jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen are available for guest use but require proper care.

All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations.

If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
